ANNAPOLIS, MD — Instant Teams, a remote team marketplace, is pleased to announce its newest addition to the leadership team and marketing department. Jen Pilcher joins Instant Teams as its Chief Marketing Officer where she will be responsible for driving demand gen strategy, corporate marketing & communications, and pioneering military-centric brand awareness in support of the company’s strategic plan.

Instant Teams’ CEO, Liza Rodewald, stated, “Jen embodies the mission and vision of Instant Teams! It’s such an honor to have her ideas, leadership, and wealth of community experience as a part of my strategic team. Her business acumen and passion for the community are a powerful duo that will bring increased impact and solutions to both businesses and the military spouse community.”

“I am truly honored to serve as the Chief Marketing Officer for Instant Teams, a company I have long admired with two extraordinary founders at the helm.  Fortunately, I have known Liza, CEO, and Erica, CPO, for the past 5 years through our shared networks and events. I knew from the first time I met them they were going to break barriers by increasing remote employment opportunities for military spouses through their incredible company.

Now, beyond breaking barriers, they just made history by being the first active-duty military spouse founders to secure $13 million in a Series A with Tiger Global Management. Liza and Erica built a rocket ship of remote job opportunities for millions of military spouses propelled by their team of global go-getters. I am so excited to jump on board and help grow this incredible mission.”
