Hours: 20/week
Overall Look:
This customer has 4 entities and needs a virtual assistant to assist with all of them. This will require the VA to have the following skills:
  • Recruiting firm
  • Quickbooks
  • Build and present reports
  • Some resume reviews and initial screens
  • Order fulfillment – all-digital can be done online
  • Ads and Ad management (using facebook, instagram)
  • Email marketing
  • Research on new companies
  • Compile research into summaries for the partners
It is important the candidate is able to compile research and summarize the information in an easy to read, quick format.
Position Title: Sales Development Representative
Hours: 20/week
Overall Look:
Experienced SDR to create a meaningful first impression to our prospects and foster client relationships. Identity, prioritize, and target a list of key strategic accounts while managing new inbound prospects. Have the ability to utilize resources within and outside of the organization to capitalize on business opportunities. Maintain meticulous records of the sales process and update customer activities in the company’s CRM/Marketing software to ensure effective prospecting management.

Position Title: Operations Team Lead
Hours: 10-15/week
Overall Look:
This candidate must have interpersonal skills. Must be able to effectively manage and corral all other Team Leads and volunteers. This candidate will be relied upon to build culture, enforce standards and norms, encourage engagement, and keep the team running smoothly. Must have familiarity with nonprofit administration and operation (legal requirements, business administration like recurring registration requirements, etc.). The customer manages a network of five newsletters across the country. The primary role of the Digital Marketing Strategist will be to increase member conversion.

Position Title: Benefits Specialist 
Hours: 40 hours per week
Position Start: 11/30 – 4 weeks of training 10am-6pm EST

Overall Look:
This position holds accountability for conducting telephonic screener services to Medicare Advantage beneficiaries enrolled in a contracted Medicare Advantage plan. The Benefits Specialist representative makes outbound telephone calls and handles inbound telephone calls to pre-qualify MA plan members for several different SDOH programs including, Medicaid, Medicare Savings Programs, SNAP, LIS, etc..

  • Skills to help you succeed:
    Demonstrated experience with direct consumer interaction and telephone call center experience.
  • Demonstrated application of persuasion and ability to engage individuals over the phone; data entry and related computer skills.
  • Excellent oral communication skills; ability to communicate with elderly individuals.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret governmental program criteria
  • Ability to interact and decipher information via telephonic or correspondence inquiries
Position Title: Virtual Medical Receptionist
Hours: 40 hours per week

Position Title: Virtual Scribe
Hours: 40 hours per week

Overall Look:
The Virtual Scribe will be the human element in both in-person and Telehealth meetings. This candidate will subtly sit in on Telehealth calls as well as dial into in-person visits and notate mental health consultations with patients.

  •  Firm understanding of mental health modalities
  •  Mental health technician or mental health provider experience preferred
  • Ability to recognize important mental health notes when dictating during meetings
  • Needs to know the mental health world, concepts, etc.
  • Grammar, punctuation, and a firm understanding of English language are necessary
  • Scribe/notation certifications preferred
  • Technically savvy
  •  Excellent typing skills
  • Fast learner & ability to adapt to the mental health department’s way of doing things
  •  Medical License or Certification -Medical Terminology
  • CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) concepts familiarity
  • ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) concepts familiarity
