Qualifying Guide
40 hours per week
Start Date 11/30/20 – Training 9-4pm PST / 12-7pm EST
  • The Benefits Qualifying Guide handles warm lead telephone calls to pre-qualify plan members for Medicare/Medicaid plans.
  • You will build unique relationships with each customer, pre-qualify and connect them to an agent to help them enroll in their program.
  • This role will heavily depend on your soft skills, emotional intelligence, and leadership ability! 
Customer Service Representative 1
40 hours per week
9am-6pm EST
OCONUS Friendly
  • This Company needs a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who can not only provide white glove customer success services but also serve in customer retention.
  • Some sales experience helpful.
  • Empathy and ability to connect with the customer on a personal level and understanding.
  • Previous Customer Service Experience needed.
  • Prior Call Center experience REQUIRED.
Social Worker
40 hours per week
5:00pm – 12:00am EST
OCONUS Friendly
This customer partners with employers to give mental health and work-life support to their employees. They are looking for clinicians (social workers) to be “on call” during operating hours to respond via text to any requests that come in from employees. Candidates do not need to be LCSWs, but should have an appropriate background and experience with case management. This candidate will need to be prepared to work Christmas and New Years. 
  • Carry your own liability insurance.
  • Have the ability to communicate well over text.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Background check required.
Virtual Assistant
10 hours per week
  • Will need to be located in the Baltimore Area or nearby because there will be onsite meetings 1 to 2 times per month with the Customer.
  • In this position you will provide general administrative support and handle many of the day to day tasks that ensure the business operates smoothly.
  • This customer is looking for someone who is a direct communicator, can go with the flow, is an independent thinker, and can take direction easily.
Customer Service Rep – CT
40 hours per week
9:00am-5:00pm EST Monday-Friday
Start date: 11/30/2020
This specific customer is working with qualifying potential patients with various clinical trials. To succeed in this position, you’ll need the ability to establish a firm, in-depth understanding of a company’s products and programs, and communicate effectively and clearly with team members within the customer service department. Prior Call Center Experience needed.
