In case you missed the live, here’s what we have going on in our team building for this week:
Medical Billing Specialist
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- You’ll be working 8 am-5 pm CST
- Phone and email support involved
- You’ll be a member of the team that provides medical billing services to patients
- Expected to develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the medical billing application
- Successfully assist clients with medical billing claim submissions
WordPress Developer
- Part-Time, 20 hours per week
- You will meet with clients and project managers to discuss function and design
- Designing and building the website front end
- Generating WordPress themes and plugins
- Conducting website performance tests
- Troubleshooting content issues
Case Manager
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Must be available between 9 am – 3 pm PST
- Detail-oriented
- You’ll bridge the gaps between the insurance advisor, the insurance company, and the customer – you’ll be trusted to remain in close contact with all three
- Good communication skills
- Experience dealing with sensitive personal information
- You’ll need to be able to provide timely and accurate information, process custom orders, and provide feedback when needed
Digital Marketing
- Part-time, 10 hours per week
- You’ll work with the customer to manage a network of newsletters across the country
- You’ll need to increase member conversion
- Work on and manage member conversion growth in spending
- You’ll need to be able to manage and maintain a marketing funnel
- Place and maintain digital and social ads
- Maintain a budget
- Track results
- Sharing weekly
Success Coach
- Part-time, 5 hours a week
- The start date is the week of Oct. 26, 2020
- You’ll manage a selection of 50 students participating in a 12-week online education cohort
- Meet with the students once a week
- Have one-on-one sessions as needed
- Track attendance
- Motivate students to complete each assignment on time
- Reach out to students who are missing any assignments
- You need to have experience analyzing instructional means and design throughout the cohort
Operations Team Lead
- Part-time, 10 hours per week
- You will oversee a team of 5-7 volunteers
- Work closely alongside the Executive Director
- Must have interpersonal skills
- You will be relied upon to build a culture
- Enforce standards and encourage engagement
- Keep the team running smoothly
- You need some knowledge and be familiar with nonprofit admin and operation
Lastly, we are always looking for:
Customer Support Agents
- You’ll be an expert on the platform
- Assist customers through email to troubleshoot issues
- Assist with general questions and issues
