That commitment strongly aligns with the Department of Defense’s Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP) Program—a formal partnership that connects military spouses with hundreds of partner employers who have committed to recruit, hire, promote, and retain military spouses. So the decision to join forces was an inevitable one.
In the fall of 2018, Instant Teams, along with 47 other employers, were featured inductees at the MSEP Partner Induction Ceremony to make the partnership official. This past week, our COO, Erica McMannes, and Director of People Operations, Anne Schons, were able to travel to D.C. for the 2019 MSEP Annual Partner Meeting and celebrate 47 NEW companies being inducted this year.
