SOUTHERN PINES, NC — Instant Teams, a talent marketplace, is pleased to announce its newest addition to the leadership team. Chuck Brousseau joins Instant Teams as its Chief Operating Officer.  He will be responsible for helping scale the business following its recent venture capital Series A funding by Tiger Global.  He will work closely with the product organization and distribution team while ensuring the company’s operating model  matches anticipated growth.

Instant Teams’ Founder & CEO Liza Rodewald stated, “Chuck is an excellent choice to join our firm at this time given his more than 20 years of executive experience working with private and public companies.”   Co-Founder and Chief People & Community Officer Erica McMannes added, “Chuck has a proven track record of developing and implementing growth strategies, scaling operations and leading purpose driven cultures to achieve success in multiple industries.  We are thrilled to have him join us on our mission to support clients in filling the employment opportunity gap.”

Instant Teams was founded in 2016  with a business model of serving customers with the assembly and management of remote teams. Instant Teams offers a unique opportunity to strongly serve a high growth customer base and significantly improve the employment prospects of military spouses and other military-connected individuals. With this brilliant business idea in mind, the company is up and running, proving it worthy of funding through bootstrapping and then its place in the venture capital world earning its Series A with Tiger Global.  As its customer base began to grow and the business expanded its operations worldwide, Founders Liza Rodewald and Erica McManne knew it was time to find a Chief Operating Officer to join them in further expanding the company in support of their mission, and they asked Chuck Brousseau to join them. Brousseau was formerly the COO of Assurance IQ, a subsidiary of Prudential Financial(NYSE: PRU).

“Instant Teams is a purpose driven company that is delivering an exceptional value proposition to corporate America.  I am excited to help build upon their early success and be part of their mission to deploy skilled workers to instantly fill the employment gap companies have in their workforce while supporting the military community,” said Brousseau.

When a company adds a COO, it intends to expand its market reach to grow the company and meet the level of demand.  There is currently an unemployment gap in the United States and beyond and Instant Teams will work to fill it. Liza and Erica can focus on the product and marketing strategy with Brousseau on board. The COO will help execute the strategy through daily business operations and can advise on financial opportunities while keeping the company’s vision in mind and translating it into profitable growth.  Brousseau has a stellar track record for doing this and will be a great fit for Instant Teams and future growth!
