Chuck brings more than 25 years of operational experience to Instant Teams. He holds a proven reputation for designing and executing strategic growth plans in both start-up and established business environments. Prior to joining Instant Teams, Chuck served as the Chief Operating Officer of Assurance IQ, following Prudential Financial’s $2.3 billion acquisition of the firm in 2019.
As COO of Instant Teams, Chuck is focused on growing our brand in the marketplace, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and improving the financial well-being of military-connected households.
Chuck graduated from St. Lawrence University and resides in South Carolina with his wife and son.
