I’ve been out of the workforce for a few years. Will I be able to find a position with Instant Teams?

We understand that a traditional resume doesn't always tell the whole story, and we value the diverse experiences that come with life transitions. We recognize that being out of the workforce doesn't mean you've stopped growing. We focus on what you can do now to match you with the right opportunity.

What types of positions are available?

We provide a variety of W2 employment opportunities tailored to different schedules and needs, including:

  • Part-Time: For those seeking a lighter workload.
  • Temporary & Seasonal: Short-term contracts or peak-season roles.

Can I work from home? Do you offer remote jobs?

Instant Teams is a remote-first company, though we aren't remote-only. We offer a diverse range of flexible work arrangements to suit your needs:

  • Remote: Work from the comfort of your home. Please note that most roles require a dedicated, quiet workspace rather than a "work from anywhere" setup to ensure professional standards and data security.
  • Hybrid: A blend of remote flexibility and scheduled in-office time.
  • In-Person: Traditional on-site positions at specific locations (these are rare in our Marketplace but our employer partners might post for in-person positions from time to time,)

How flexible are most positions? Can I work whenever I want?

While we prioritize remote work, most of our positions require set working hours to ensure team collaboration and consistent support for our partners.

What happens if I have to move while I am employed with Instant Teams?

We understand that mobility is a way of life for military families (and many others even outside of the military community)! Our mission is to provide transferable work that moves with you. If you need to relocate while working with us:

Does Instant Teams hire military dependents who are stationed OCONUS (Outside The Continental US)?

We occasionally offer OCONUS-friendly positions! Please keep the following in mind:

Will I ever get to talk directly with a recruiter and what's the typical timeline to get hired?

Yes! While you might meet our team at local events (like Fort Bragg, Fort Campbell, Fort Benning, or Hampton Roads), most candidates connect with a recruiter virtually after their application is shortlisted. If a specific role isn't a match, you’ll be notified via email but please keep applying for other roles!

Hiring typically moves quickly, with start dates often falling within a few weeks of the initial posting. If a position has a unique schedule, your recruiter will keep you updated.
