Our talent community has remarkably unique experiences and brings a heightened level of care and civic awareness to each customer interaction. Since starting Instant Teams, we’ve generated over 40 million dollars of economic impact for the military community.
Why does this matter? Over 20% of military spouses are unemployed, and only 53% participate in the labor market, compared to 76% of the general population.
We couldn’t do this without the support of our customers, partners, and incredible employees.
