“Military spouses are located all over the globe in every time zone,” Rodewald said. “So we can stand up teams of U.S. citizens for
companies 24/7 without anybody having to work night shift or split the shifts. … There’s not a lot of other companies that can do that and deploy that.”
Rodewald said that Instant Teams works with 30 companies that are mainly Fortune 100 firms, and that Instant Teams has 500
employees across the globe with more than 50,000 military spouses in the talent pipeline looking for roles. She said that military
spouses “are great with our customers’ customers because they’ve had all kinds of experiences and speak all kinds of different
languages.”
