As part of their ongoing initiatives and commitment to employment in the military spouse community, USO of Metropolitan Washington-Baltimore (‘USO-Metro’) and Instant Teams have announced a new level of partnership under the Remote For Good program.
“USO-Metro is an incredible advocate and resource for military families across the globe. When I met both Lisa Marie Riggins and Annabella Riccio and heard their passion for military spouse employment, I was inspired and knew our partnership would be powerful,” said Instant Teams CEO and Active Duty military spouse, Liza Rodewald. “Together our organizations will strategically create programming and opportunities to move the needle for military spouse employment through remote work initiatives at scale, creating a WIN-WIN-WIN for organizations, USO-Metro, and military spouses everywhere.”
To commemorate the new partnership, Instant Teams has made a $5,000.00 donation to support USO-Metro’s mission to strengthen America’s military service members by keeping them connected to family, home, and country throughout their service to the nation.

Instant Teams’ Remote for Good program bridges nonprofit and corporate initiatives with a social impact focus to build more remote teams, collaboratively hire more military spouses, and ultimately create sustainable social and financial impact for military families.
