Our Military Spouse Commitment

Constant relocations force military spouses to hit the pause button on their careers, often settling for positions outside their expertise or reluctantly exiting the workforce altogether. Unfortunately, this leaves a significant number of military spouses unemployed and without viable employment opportunities. Instant Teams is here to change that!

We used skill-based hiring practices to ensure that gaps in employment or non-traditional resumes are not a blocker for success.

Majority of our positions are remote. Allowing our military spouse employees to take their jobs with them wherever they move.

Our extensive marketplace technology is designed to make it easier for military spouses to access job opportunities and improve the financial wellbeing of their families.

Advocacy & Community Work

The military spouse unemployment rate is 5x higher than the national average. Frequent moves, increased home demands, and the geographic locations of military installations can make finding a “normal” 9-5 job nearly impossible for military-connected professionals.

We’re committed to improving these statistics by providing remote opportunities, career continuation, and opportunities to upskill, realizing that the strength of the Department of Defense’s total force is directly related to the strength and stability of its military families.

Leading The Way

Instant Teams actively participates in Congressional roundtables, National Defense Authorizations Act reports, Department of Defense pilot programs, State-level committees and independent policy/advocacy work around military spouse hiring and entrepreneurship. We are constantly striving to make sure that military spouse talent, potential, and expertise are recognized and amplified.
